1. General description of Double Cone Vacuum Dryer:
SZG double cone Vacuum Dryer is a kind of double conical vacuum dryer. Under the vacuum condition, gilling the heat medium into dryer jacket, raw material being dried with the contact of dryer chamber. Evaporated moisture is sucked out by vacuum pump/due to the rotating of dryer body, raw material is moving inside the chamber, which increase the drying speed and uniformity.
The dryer is suitable for powder and granule form raw material with good fluidity.
Note:
1. In the flow chart, the heating source is hot water. The heating source also can be steam or thermal oil.
2. In the flow chart, the drying system includes organic solvent recovery system, and it is explosion-proof type. If the solvent in the material is water, the condenser and explosion-proof are not needed.
2. Application of Double cone vacuum dryer
- The dryer is suitable for drying and mixing powder or granule shape raw material of pharmaceutical industry, foodstuff industry, chemical industry and so on.
- Flammable and explosive material drying should be clamed.
- When use hot water or heat conducting oil as heating source, should be claimed before the order. Please claimed when order if need certificate of pressure vessel.
- Please claim it when need GMP standard. It should be use direct gear drive, closed construction, vacuum cover is sintered metal mesh.
- Material: SS304/SS316L/SS321/Q235 etc, inner wall is enamel for your choice.
- We recommend being adopt speed adjustable control and central axis integrated procession when the volume of machine is larger than 2000L.
3. Features of Double cone vacuum dryer
1.Compared to other dryer, its heat efficiency will be 2 times higher. The heat is indirect. So the raw material can not be polluted. It is in conformity with the requirement of GMP. It is easy in washing and maintenance.
2.Vacuumized pipe rotates together with tank, it avoids the material pollution because of the wear of tank and vacuum pipe and the wear of sealing strip.
3.The sealing of tank two sides adopt advanced rotary joint sphere plumb ago sealing technology.
4.The active support of motor can adjust the best tensioning degree of belt.
5.Inner tank, jacket and axle sleeve are welded together. Use large scale boring machine to process the flatness of axle sleeve and the concentricity of tank. It can ensure the radial run out of the main axle two sides is less than 0.2mm.
6.There is diaphragm type vacuum meter to show the vacuum degree in the tank, it can avoid the phenomenon of false vacuum.
7.Machine materials: AISISUS304, AISISUS316L, and other material.
