Description of Horizontal Ribbon Mixer:

The Ribbon Mixer Series consists of five high performance trough format mixing machines for combining powders or pastes into a homogenous end product. They range in size from 100 Litres capacity to 5000 Litres.

Horizontal Ribbon Blender uses a thin mixing blade and carefully controlled motion to ensure that the materials are thoroughly combined, without dead spots. With stainless steel contact parts that are easy to clean, and mixing blades that are fully sealed at each end to avoid leakage, they are suitable for both dry powders and semi-liquid materials across a range of applications including the food and chemical industries.

The product has a wide range of applications, and can mix and stir powder and powder, powder and liquid, especially paste, viscous or larger specific gravity materials (such as putty, real stone paint, metal powder and other products).

Work principle of Horizontal ribbon mixer:

Horizontal spiral ribbon blender mixer is mainly combined with mixing barrel, agitator, driven unit. Untwist double ribbon are swirled with the main shaft in the U shape barrel. The outer ribbon push the material from the two ends to the centre, inner ribbon push the material from center to the two ends. Thus to achieve material convention.
