Description of Film Coating Machine:

High efficiency film coating machine is applied for coating the organic film, water soluble film and sugar on tablets.

Put the tablets, pills or pellets into the coating drum, the tablets or pellets unceasingly moves in the clean and hermetic rotating coating drum. In the movements, with the requests of reasonable process parameters, coating medium is automatically sprayed, at the same time, hot air is supplied under a negative pressure, which is vented out through the tablet or pellet layer from the bottom of the coating medium sprinkled on the tablet or pellet surface gets dried promptly and equally with forming a solid and smooth surface film.

1.During air intake, three times filtration involving primary filtration, medium filtration and high filtration, can reach 100,000 level purification. During air exhaust,It adopts a bag-type dust extractor.
2.A specially designed air source exchange system.
3.The specially designed imported spray gun features easy to operate and control relevant technological requirements, uniform density and particle size, uniform atomization and large spray area, practical to adjust flow, angle and sector, economization on dressing, free leakage and blockage.
