Description of Vacuum Tray Dryer:

Vacuum Drying Oven: It uses vacuum pump to pump damp air out and make the working chamber form vacuum status. It is to let the raw material to be dried at vacuum condition. therefore, the drying speed of raw material is improved and the energy is saved greatly.
Medicine Vacuum Drying Oven is suitable for drying heat sensitive raw materials that can decompose or polymerize or deteriorate at high temperature. It is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff and electronic industries.
Notes: The solvent of raw material can be collected by using a condenser. If the solvent is water, the condenser is not required in order to save investment cost.

Features of Vacuum Tray Dryer:

1) Flexibility in heat medium: Heat mediums can be steam, hot water or thermal oil to obtain different temperature according to special drying requirements.

2) Uniform drying: Four exhaust vents are equipped to make sure the evaporated moisture can be sucked out immediately.

3) Energy saving: The boiling point of moisture is much lower under vacuum. Low drying temperature can reach high evaporation rate.

4) GMP standard: Drying chamber is fully welded without dead corners to meet GMP standard.

This machine is mainly used for drying fruits, vegetables, Chinese medicine extract, heat sensitivity materials such as explosive, the materials that state is not stable and shape is easy to be destroyed, the materials that need to recover organic solvent such as ethanol, etc.
