Product Description

Description of 3D Mixer:

Powder 3D mixer has a multi-directional movement, the material inside has no centrifugal force, no specific gravity segregation or stratification or accumulation phenomenon, the mixing rate can reach 99.9% or more, it is the ideal mixer for a variety of products.
Powder 3D mixer has a large loading rate, up to 80% (ordinary mixer is only 60%), high efficiency, mixing time is short.
Arc is all over the cylinder body after precise polishing.

Driven by the driving shaft, the loaded cylinder body can make a complex movement such as translation, rotation and tumbling to make the material move in three directions along the cylinder to realize the flow, diffusion, accumulation and mixing of various materials, in order to achieve the purpose of uniform mixing, to avoid specific gravity segregation and stratification phenomenon resulted from general mixer due to centrifugal force.

Features of 3D mixer:

1. As a high efficiency Mixing Equipment, this machine is used for high homogeneity mixing of powdery and particle materials in areas such as pharmaceutical, food, chemical, light industry, machinery, electronics, mining and metallurgy, national defense industry and scientific research etc.
2. Materials has no centrifugal force effect, specific gravity segregation, lamination and accumulation during mixing. Each component can be mixed under wide gap of wet proportion, mixing rate reaching above 99.9%.
3. Loading coefficient can be 80%(About 40% for normal ones), and drying time is short
4. With compact structure, and mixing speed is regulated by inverter. So it is very easy to operate.
5. All parts of barrel are arc transited and precisely polished, it meets the GMP requirement.
