Description of 3D Mixer:

Multi-directional motions mixer is also called 3D mixer, it is suitable for many industries such as pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, metallurgy industry, foodstuff industry, architecture industry and institutes, it can mix powder and granule raw materials having good fluidity and make the mixed raw materials reach the best mixing state.

Because the mixing drum has multi directional motion, it makes raw material inside the drum has many cross-mixing points, therefore the mixing effect is good. Its degree of uniformity maybe over 99.9%. Its max loading efficiency may be 0.8 (The loading efficiency of ordinary mixer is 0.4-0.6). Its mixing time is short and its efficiency is high.
The design of mixing drum is unique. Its inner wall is polished finely, no dead corner, no pollution to raw material, convenient in discharge , easy in clean and so on.

1. As the mixing drum is multidirectional, there are more mixing points involved. The mixing homogeneity is much higher than that of a general mixer and drug homogeneity error is lower than that of general mixers. The max charging volume of the SYH series three dimensional motion mixer is one time higher than that of general mixer (max charging volume of a general mixer is 40% of full barrel volume). 
2. It has a unique mixing drum design, the inner walls of which are fine polished. There is no dead angle, no contamination and the materials are discharged automatically under gravity function without any residue.
3. The materials are mixed in a completely sealed drum.
