Description of Vacuum Rake Dryer:

Vacuum rake dryer is an innovation horizontal batch-type Vacuum Dryer that improved on the basis of absorbing technology of domestic rake dryer. The moisture of wet material will be evaporated by heat transmission. The stirrer with grinding scraper will remove material on hot surface and move in the container to form cycle flow. The evaporated moisture will be drawn out by vacuum pump. It is suitable for drying the following materials:

1. Materials in medicine, food, chemical and other industries.
2. Slurry, paste and powder materials.
3. Heat-sensitive materials requiring low temperature drying.
4. Easily oxidized, explosive, strong stimulative, toxic materials.
5. Materials requiring collection of organic solvents.

Note:

1. In the flow chart, the heating source is hot water or thermal oil. The heating source also can be steam.

2. In the flow chart, the machine includes organic solvent recovery system, and it is explosion-proof type. If the solvent in the material is water, the condenser and explosion-proof are not needed.

4. Special design for discharging port, make better sealing and less material accumulation, discharge is easy.
5. There are two seal model, mechanical seal and packing seal. The design supply good seal and long life.
6. The special techniques of shaft and rake support high strength and concentric.
7. The medium in shaft and vibration adding equipment will be equipped by requirement
