ZPG Series battery material Vacuum Drying Machine is specially designed for the Battery Material adopts the vacuum technology to dry the material. In the Vacuum state, the water ' s boiling point depression which will be helpful to water evaporation and protect the material quality.
For specialized design, client can choose steam / hot water / thermal oil as heating media; During drying process, the drying chamber ' s maintain a certain vacuum degree.
After filtered, the moisture will be vented to outside.
Meanwhile, the shaft and paddle can be heated at the same time if customer needed it.
In the drying chamber, the harrow is the main part.
Based on detailed calculation and rich experience, Lead machinery gets the most reasonable quantity and distribution of the harrow teeth.
Through the shaft drive, the design for the paddle end and axial is with the certain angle. by the positive - reverse rotation of the main shaft, the material can fellow along the axial movement to dry and discharge the material

Note:

1. In the flow chart, the heating source is hot water or thermal oil. The heating source also can be steam.

2. In the flow chart, the machine includes organic solvent recovery system, and it is explosion-proof type. If the solvent in the material is water, the condenser and explosion-proof are not needed.

Features of Vacuum rake dryer:
1. Widely applicable for quick drying. Because the harrow Vacuum Dryer has jacket that the heating medium will flow into jacket so the dryer has big drying area.
2. To increase the drying efficiency, Lead machinery designs the special crushing device. During drying process, the crushing device will break the caking material to powder; Combined with the magnetic filtration technology, the output product will more purity.

4. Low energy consumption. With patented design, Lead machinery can ensure that the temperature of the outside surface of the dryer is 25-35°ºC; It will reduce the heating dissipation.
5. The quality of product is good. Because of periodic clockwise and counterclockwise rotation the material will be uniformly drying.

6. As optional, the dryer can be combined with cloth bag filter, solvent recovery unit, Product cooling unit.

7. Advanced mechanical sealing device adopted. Lead machinery ensure the vacuum degree and heating medium without leakage.

8. With PLC module, client can save the processing program.
9. Combined with the magnetic filtration technology, the output product will more purity.
10. The electronic systems and their safety should comply with the requirements set forth in 21 CFR Part 11 and cGMP Annex 11; The data should be collected at appropriate time intervals and stored in the system in a fixed format that can be printed out / read.
