Description of Vacuum Rake Dryer:

Vacuum Harrow Dryer is especially suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials, materials that are easily oxidized at high temperature, or materials that are easy to harden during drying, and materials that need to be recovered from the steam discharged during drying. After drying, the material is in powder form, so it is more suitable for the material whose finished product is in powder form. After drying, it can be directly packaged without crushing. Features of Vacuum rake dryer:
The material to be dried is added from the top and middle of the shell. Under the stirring of the continuous forward and reverse rotating rake teeth, the material moves back and forth in the axial direction, and the surface in contact with the inner wall of the shell is constantly updated. Stirring and pulverizing the pulverizing rod make the moisture on the surface of the material more favorable to discharge, and the vaporized moisture is emptied from the outlet of the vacuum pump through the dry dust collector, the wet dust collector and the condenser. Applicable materials for rake dryer: materials below 100 mesh, pigments, mud head-like materials, soda ash detergent, soda lime starch, dyes and pigments, clay ash, etc.
The interlayer and inner stirring are used for heating at the same time, with large heat transfer surface and high thermal efficiency. Especially suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials. The dried materials are in slurry, paste, granular, powder or fibrous form, and are widely used in the production process of solid alcohol sodium. Set up stirring to make the material form a continuous circulation state in the barrel, which further improves the uniformity of the heating of the material.
